Ceramic Recuperative Burners function due to their increased surface area as integrated heat exchanger for preheating of combustion air from the combustion exhaust gases and warrants in line with various existing innovative concepts a reduction of exhaust gas losses and therefore an optimum degree of efficiency. Thanks to our technology leadership Schunk Ceramics belongs to the pioneers in the areas research, development and manufacturing of full-ceramic systems. Due to our market leading 3D-printed grade IntrinSiC® we can offer an innovative and class-leading manufacturing technology which allows for the very first time a feasibility of a high degree of complexity (i.e. inner fins) in the grade RBSiC, which was not achievable so far considering conventional manufacturing forming technologies. Cost intensive NREC (patterns and moulds) does not apply.
