Tubes for vacuum & sintering furnaces made by Schunk Technical Ceramics

Ceramic Tubes for Vacuum and Sintering Furnaces

These ceramic tubes are used in vacuum and sintering furnaces. Among other things, they are used as a passageway from the furnace's periphery to the hot zone (e.g. for electrically energized elements). The selection of aluminum oxide materials available to us can be optimally tailored to your individual use here. The quality features of our ceramics, such as very high thermal resistance, dimensional stability and outstanding resistance to thermal fluctuations contribute to the long service life of the components here. Efficient and modern production technology enables us to make short delivery times possible so that immediate and smaller quantities can be flexibly covered.

You benefit from these advantages:

  • Outstanding thermal and chemical resistance
  • High resistance to thermal fluctuations
  • High wear resistance
  • Electrically insulating, high dielectric strength
  • Expert technical support
  • Short delivery times
  • Materials: AluSIK-99, AluSIK-80 and AluSIK-60
